Report a Problem

If you found a bug or something isn't working correctly, please send us an email at soporte@fudd.app with the following information so we can help you faster:

1. Problem description: What were you doing when the error occurred?
2. Device: brand and model (e.g., Samsung Galaxy A54, iPhone 15).
3. OS version: on Android, Settings → About Phone; on iOS, Settings → General → About → Software Version.
4. Screenshot: if possible, attach an image of the error.

Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed and managed by the store where you installed the app.

Google Play (Android)

• Cancel subscription: open Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions → Fudd → Cancel subscription.
• Request a refund: visit Google Play Help Center.
• Subscription issue: if you paid but don't see Premium active, sign out and sign back in. If it persists, contact us.

Apple App Store (iOS)

• Cancel subscription: Settings → Apple ID (your name) → Subscriptions → Fudd.
• Request a refund: use reportaproblem.apple.com or Apple's support channels as described in their documentation.
• Subscription issue: same as above — sign out and back in; if it persists, contact us.

Delete Your Account

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, you can do so in two ways:

• From the Application: go to Profile → Delete Account.
• By email: send a request to soporte@fudd.app from the email associated with your account.

Deletion will be processed within a maximum of 30 days. Note that data stored locally on your device is deleted when you uninstall the Application.
